In bullseye, when logging with omprog, sometimes after rsyslog start, errors like

There should be messages before this one giving the reason for suspension. [v8.2102.0 try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/2007 ] start flooding syslog every few secs. No such problem in rsyslog 8.2302.0-1~bpo11+1 from bullseye-backports.
