Thanks for the heads up. The upcoming 3.10 release of GUDHI will support CGAL 6.0, and should be out soon [1]. I'll get it packaged as soon as it's out (the RC cycle for GUDHI is usually merely a matter of days).

PS: I see this bug was filed against GUDHI versions starting with the one in Bookworm. Does that make sense? Is there an expectation to be able to compile the Bookworm version of GUDHI with a not-yet-in-Trixie version of CGAL?
No, please ignore that version, unstable is sufficient. I was using reportbug from a stable system and forgot to enter the version numbers from unstable. I'll try later to fix the version numbers (happened also to other bugs for that transition).
