ldb-tools (and other ldb-related packages, libldb2, etc) has their own
version number, in form
LDB_DEB_VERSION = 2:${LDB_VERSION}+samba${DEB_VERSION_UPSTREAM_REVISION}
earlier in d/rules I include /usr/share/dpkg/pkg-info.mk
But apparently, ${DEB_VERSION_UPSTREAM_REVISION} is empty.
Ditto for ${DEB_HOST_ARCH} and a few other variables which are used in
d/rules.
I've no idea what is going on.
