Hi Christian, I know you have since closed this bug, but I'm wondering if there is something I could address to make the upgrade smoother?

For me the upgrade of digikam didn't removed any other app. Like Hefee, I didn't experience any problem, but I also had some experimental packages installed so my system is not a good test bed.
