For library packages, the rename was useful. For things like an IDE,
renaming is not the correct path forward. IMO there is no need for a
rename.

I think bumping the ABI to be on the safe side would be a good idea.

Practically, given geany -and- the plugins seem to depend on
glib2.0, which itself was renamed for t64, I suppose one cannot
produce a system where geany is still the pre-t64 ABI and a plugin
is post-t64 or vice versa.

Reducing the bug report severity as there is probably no practical
problem.
