Hi,

These binaries aren't built anymore on these architectures due to the
32-bit openmpi removal. dak shows some issues:

- nwchem is already fixed, only needs the old binary to be removed, see
#1087985.
- ga is not an issue, it only build-deps on libscalapack-openmpi-dev on the
  relevant architectures, so false positive.
- cp2k is buggy and can't be rebuilt, see #1087987.

I'm adding the blocker for nwchem, I think we can break cp2k as it's not in
testing at the moment. Solving this will help finish this transition.

Cheers,
Emilio

$ dak rm -Rn -a armel,armhf,i386 -b libscalapack-openmpi2.2
libscalapack-openmpi-dev
W: -a/--architecture implies -p/--partial.
Will remove the following packages from unstable:

libscalapack-openmpi-dev | 2.2.1-3.1+b1 | armel, armhf, i386
libscalapack-openmpi2.2 | 2.2.1-3.1+b1 | armel, armhf, i386
