We don't change any upstream code regarding certificate handling.
You can follow these steps anyway, maybe some AddOn is responsible for
the seen behavior.

The last paragraph there is mention the possibility to use upstream
binary packages, please try this also out.
If the issue is still existing please open an issue in the Mozilla
