Yeek. This patch is rather intrusive. debian-readme might sound
intuitive, but it's in fact not intuitive, since readme-debian is a
map of what the files it's supposed to edit are: README.Debian.

And the change is rather dramatic, isn't it?

and considering xemacs help for format-time-string claims:
        The number of options reflects the `strftime' function.

that's a bug on xemacs...



I probably now need to find out why I'm not subscribed to this package
