The package can migrate automatically but full freeze is going to happen before that. [ Impact ] opendnssec will have to stay in the archive if this is not unblocked. With this unblocked, we can get rid of it. [ Tests ] The proposed change eliminates an unnecessary Build-Depends. The package has kept building. [ Risks ] None.
