Please update crate toml_edit to v0.22.27.
It looks like upstream has been doing some crate restructuring, it seems that part of toml-edit was split out in 0.22.25, toml-write was in turn replaced by toml-writer in 0.23.7, it looks like some other parts have been split out too.
