On some of my testing systems, SVG thumbnails are no longer created. The file "/usr/share/thumbnailers/librsvg.thumbnailer" calls on "/usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer" which no longer exists. Certainly linked to the transition to Glycin. The order of calling thumbnailers from the "/usr/share/thumbnailers/" folder is not alphabetical, but linked to their registration in the ext4 inode and the Directory Hash Seed. On some systems "glycin-svg.thumbnailer" is loaded before "librsvg.thumbnailer" and the SVG thumbnails are created. On other systems it is the opposite and thumbnails are not created.
