Looking more carefully at the package: the -3 upload was already a team

Given the Salsa location, would a proper team adoption (ITA, then team
upload under dotnet-team) be more coherent here, or do you still prefer the
QA path?

I see the questions we need to answer like this:

1. Do you want to adopt the package or do a single upload? This is for you to decide. 2. If adopting, do you want to revive the AFAIK not existing team (with yourself as the only active contributor?) or just be the only maintainer? This is mostly for you to decide I think.
3. If doing a single upload for the fix, should be NMU, QA or team upload?
I think it shouldn't be a NMU, it can be a QA upload and at the current state it could be a team upload without further obligations as there is no team to be sad about that. However, I think it's important to have the package marked as orphaned both in the BTS and in the package itself, or in neither of those places. As for the salsa repo location, I think it's unfortunate but it looks like yet another drive-by team change upload by Andreas and we all need to learn how to live with those. You can always move the repo to debian/ or your personal namespace if you want to maintain it outside of the team.
