Dear mentors,
I am looking for a sponsor for opentk 1.1.4c+dfsg-3.1. This is a minimal
NMU for RC bug #1112153 [1], which tracks the removal of cli-common from
the Debian archive.
The package is maintained by the defunct Debian CLI Libraries Team
(pkg-cli-libs-team on Alioth). There is no active maintainer to respond to
the nmudiff; I have sent the diff to the bug report. The bug is an RC bug
older than 7 days with no maintainer activity, qualifying for a 0-day
delay.
Changes in this NMU:
- Drop cli-common-dev from Build-Depends
- Remove --with cli sequencer and override_dh_clideps from debian/rules
- Replace ${cli:Depends} with explicit mono-runtime dependency
- Remove debian/libopentk1.1-cil.installcligac (GAC registration
unavailable without cli-common-dev; assemblies remain in /usr/lib/cli/)
- Add override_dh_fixperms to strip executable bit from .dll files
(previously handled by dh_clistrip from cli-common-dev)
The package is available on mentors.debian.net [2].
Build and QA:
- sbuild (unstable/amd64) is good to go
- lintian: only expected UNRELEASED distribution warnings; clean otherwise
