Bug#1138513: Thunderbird needs update

Package: thunderbird
Version: 1:149.0.2-1

The latest version is 151.0.1 while experimental only gets 149.
I think the decent solution is packaging Thunderbird into thunderbird
and thunderbird-esr like Firefox, or the latest release will never
reach any branch.
