Hi, rust-rust-apt in unstable can't migrate to testing because the QA infrastructure couldn't reproduce the binary packages in unstable while it could reproduce the version in testing [1, 2]. There are two problems: 1. The tests running during the build depend on apt which is not essential but happen to be installed on the buildds. Please add a build dependency. See also [3]. 2. The tests fail if no package on the host system is installed automatically. Please rewrite the test to either not assume that or create a mockup environment.
