For debhelper 14, you can drop this line from debian/control, as it's
automatically filled in now:
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}
The debdiff otherwise looks good to me. Please do let me know once that change
is made (and remove the moreinfo tag), and I'll be happy to sponsor.
