Control: severity -1 important

Hi maintainers,

I can confirm this bug. It is a major annoyance when it comes to select or edit
themes which is why I took the liberty of setting the bug to “important”
severity.

Please revert partially
https://salsa.debian.org/debian-mate-team/mate-themes/-/commit/b8eb97b4d47015efa747535e10b0aa203a52c3d5

by applying the patch in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?att=3;bug=1121943;filename=2000_fix-gtk-theme-not-installed-warning.patch;msg=10

which doesn't change anything with respect to gtk2 engines and thus still
satisfies
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1092596

Thanks,
Mathias
