It probably won't - this looks like upstream 71459, which is still open 
(and is triggered by python3-dateutil 3.0, not python 3.15).

They have what may be a patch but haven't merged it yet.  An alternative 
option is to skip these tests, since this is at least an obvious crash 
(not a wrong answer) and upstream's longer term plan appears to be to 
move away from dateutil entirely.
