Dear Mr Lusk, your public-genetic-algorithms library pgapack is since many years part of the Debian GNU/Linux distribution.
It was found recently that the license of pgapack means that pgapack is not really free software. The license of pgapack restricts the selling of derivative works. The license of mpich does not contain such restrictions. Thus, would it be possible to change the license of pgapack to the license of mpich?
