Hi, I just gave soundconverter a try and found out it cannot convert m4a (AAC) files into mp3. The files are unencrypted, so that shouldn't be a problem: I have xmms playing those files, and according to the package description of soundconverter, "it reads sound files in any format supported by GStreamer." The application shows the progress bar and creates an empty target file. But that's it. Nothing is being converted. I've tried several files (different names, with and without spaces). Converting mp3 into ogg works fine. Either I am missing some package, or there is no support for AAC files. If the latter is true, please adapt the package description accordingly.
