Hello, I also experienced domU networking freezing - my box acts as network gateway so I couldn't find obvious offenders. I patched netback.c as adviced in mail from Keir Fraser, and up to now I haven't seen problems. I strongly suggest to include this bugfix in debian kernel. Regards
