Package: postgresql-doc-8.1 Version: 8.1.5-2 Severity: minor The package description says, in part, "The manual is in HTML format. See the packages pgdocs-pdf and pgdocs-pdf-a4 for other printable formats."
But those packages are available only in the 7.4 versions. Probably the references should be deleted. More ambitiously, newer versions of the pdf docs could be packaged. The latter would be nice, but it doesn't strike me as worth the trouble, since they are readily available elswhere. Perhaps this or the main package could include a note "Documentation in other formats is available at http://www.postgresql.org/docs/manuals/." -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (990, 'stable'), (50, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-3-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
