Package: convertfs
Version: 20050113-1
Severity: important

Hello,

Trying to run convertfs on an EVMS volume here but all I get is the
following output:

shodan:~# convertfs /dev/evms/storage ext3 reiserfs
[ ... Yep, it's dangerous allright ... ]
Type 'I am using convertfs at my own risk.' and press enter to continue.

Tell your friends to use a kernel based on 2.4.18 or later, and
especially not a
kernel based on 2.4.9, when you use reiserFS. Have fun.

ReiserFS is successfully created on /dev/loop7.

I also tried a convert from ext3 to xfs, same result (except of course
for the mkfs messages).

I hope I'm not missing something here. (Didn't really get to look at it very
closely, just played with it in my spare time).

Greetings,
      Michel
