I am ZhayTee (Joseph Toscano), composer of the music for Adonthell,
which is included in the adonthell-data package.
Please do not change or alter the status of the adonthell-data
package as a result of this bug report. I have decided to explicitly
grant permission to the Adonthell developers to use and distribute
these specific pieces of music under the GPL. I had not done this
when I wrote the music 6 years ago, but I am now.
The following ogg files, included in the adonthell-data package, are
hereby explicitly released under the GPL license which governs the
Adonthell software:

I've been in contact with many great people in the opensource
community regarding this issue, and it has been clarified to me. As a
result, I will be changing the way I distribute my music to avoid any
confusion in the future.
I am sorry if this situation has caused any loss of productivity for
anyone involved. It was not handled in a particularly helpful fashion
