Package: cdebootstrap
Severity: normal

Hi,

when building a custom distribution, Yuri Vasilevski found out that
cdebootstrap fails if the custom suite does not have any important
packages which are not depends of essential packages. In this case, dpkg
is then just called without arguments, which makes it fail.
