Hooray! I found the problem. /sbin/dhclient-script is a #!/bin/bash script, /bin/bash doesn't exist, so the script never runs. Just changing it to #!/bin/sh isn't quite sufficient either, as the script currently doesn't work terribly well inside the busybox environment. I might just steal the dhclient-script from the v2 package and put that in the udeb instead, since it seems to be known to work. regards Andrew
