Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: minor

The wording of the link on the Verify report for bug ###### page is misleading.

"Yes, report bug ###### as spam"

would be better worded as:

"Yes, report bug ###### contains spam (will be manually reviewed)"

The problem with "as spam" is that it gave me the impression I would be
flagging the
whole bug as spam. However, I only wished to report that a bug contained spam.

Furthermore, not knowing that the reports are manually reviewed, I did not want
to commit
myself to any action that would lead to automatically losing a valuable bug
report, so I
was inclined to not take any action until I asked around to find out how it
worked.

Thanks,
Ben Armstrong
