Greetings: Errno.pm is from the package perl-base.
I have neither vserver nor xen installed so neither was the culprit when the sed upgrade failed for me a moment ago. I worked around this error by commenting out lines 11, 12, and 13 in Errno.pm long enough to complete the upgrade. After the upgrade finished, I tried: apt-get install --reinstall sed and again received the error message about Errno.pm.
