Package: e16 Version: 16.8.6-2 Severity: wishlist
Hello, firstly, thanks for including e16.8 in debian. I would have just one wish - would it be possible for the e16 package not to conflict with newer versions of enlightenment ? E17 has unofficial debian packages usually versioned like 1:0.16.999.041-0cvs20071215, so the conflict condition should be like "< 1:0.16.999". Since the e16 packages is not using "enlightenment" string in any of its files or directories, it should not be a problem. thanks, Pavel -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing-proposed-updates APT policy: (890, 'testing-proposed-updates'), (840, 'testing'), (740, 'unstable'), (739, 'experimental'), (590, 'proposed-updates'), (540, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.21.6-6-0 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=cs_CZ.ISO-8859-2, LC_CTYPE=cs_CZ.ISO-8859-2 (charmap=ISO-8859-2) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages e16 depends on: ii libaudiofile0 0.2.6-7 Open-source version of SGI's audio ii libc6 2.6.1-1+b1 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libesd-alsa0 [libes 0.2.36-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon (ALSA) - ii libfreetype6 2.3.5-1+b1 FreeType 2 font engine, shared lib ii libice6 2:1.0.3-3 X11 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libimlib2 1.3.0.0debian1-4 powerful image loading and renderi ii libsm6 2:1.0.3-1+b1 X11 Session Management library ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-7 X11 client-side library ii libxcomposite1 1:0.3.2-1+b1 X11 Composite extension library ii libxdamage1 1:1.1.1-3 X11 damaged region extension libra ii libxext6 1:1.0.3-2 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxrandr2 2:1.2.1-1 X11 RandR extension library ii libxrender1 1:0.9.2-1 X Rendering Extension client libra ii libxxf86vm1 1:1.0.1-2 X11 XFree86 video mode extension l ii pulseaudio-esound-c 0.9.5-7lenny2 PulseAudio sound server ii transset 0.1.0+cvs.20051218-1 X transparency manager ii xcompmgr 1.1.1+cvs.20051218-1 X composition manager ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-5 compression library - runtime e16 recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
