none of those 3 files sits in the unofficial e17 packages - neither those from edevelop.org nor from elive project. I do not know about any other e17 debian builds, guessing that these two are mainly used.
There is just a messing (but not conflict) in the /usr/share/enlightenment directory, which is either used by e17 and also by e16 addons like epplets. But since it is not conflicting (and won't be in the future, since e17 is using modules instead of epplets), it should not be a problem.
A confirmation from the e17 comunity that e16.8 (but not e16.7) and e17 can coexist on the same system can be found here:
