Bug#307527: vim-vimoutliner: Maintainer's scripts should use helpztags script instead of :helptags vim built-in

Hello,
Could you, please, replace postinst line
vim -e -s --cmd ':helptags /usr/share/vim/addons/doc' --cmd quit
with proper helpztags call as described in
/usr/share/doc/vim/vim-policy.txt.gz?
It would allow to compress vimoutliner's help files and cooperate with
other vim scripts.
