When in sendmail compatability mode (msmtp -t, where msmtp is reading mail
from standard input and parsing the headers), msmtp ignores the Resent-*,
which are supposed to supercede the corresponding non-Resent headers (i.e.
Resent-To overrides To, etc.).
This causes Pine's "bounce" feature to simply send emails to the listed
To, rather than the target of the "bounce".
