Could you simply ask on the bugs next time? If you don't have the

Well, when I opened the bug report, I could not see this, and since I
did not get a reply, I never check. If an offer for help is not take,
well,... - but meanwhile I discovere

which I also commented upon (so many l10n bug reports, I can't track
them all in my head anymore) - so something was at least about to
happen.

I put him in the loop, hopefully he can use #432288 as a starting
point to get the po4a version of the man page etc. started for German.
