I think Sjoerd only wants a separate option to build ffmpeg with the
original upstream source (well just to get-orig-source it) instead of
adding build-deps and all. Sjoerd, does the following work?
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=risky fakeroot debian/rules get-orig-source
debuild # no DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS set
