produces a line

which bdftopcf doesn't like
zcat /usr/share/fonts/X11/misc/cursor.pcf.gz | pcf2bdf | bdftopcf
BDF Error on line 3: SIZE values must be > 0
I wonder if the size should come from POINT_SIZE instead of PIXEL_SIZE,
or the other way around, or something like that.
