I must admit that I am unqualified to hack the code of this program myself, and upstream has been inactive for quite some time, so I suspect they might not be responsive (cc'ing now in any case). Nayuta: I have packaged your pcf2bdf for Debian. Last release I could find was in 2002 so you might no longer have any interest in the software. But in case you do, you might be interested in above bug.
