Subject: tzdata: DST data for Brazil is incorrect
Package: tzdata
Version: 2008e-3
Severity: normal

Hi,

with the current version of tzdata installed my machine thinks that here
in Sao Paulo the local time is 13:05, with daylight saving.

The truth is, the local time is 12:05, and we have no daylight saving
yet.

Regards,
Gabor
