fixed now, sorry for rsync problem. previously we must listed how use
rsync service. but now open for all

my friend at kambing.ui.edu make solution rsync mirror called sedot:
https://launchpad.net/sedot

basically same as official script but this script have report output
(web and log file)

previously we use mirror.averse.net but our bandwidth can use 90% (up to
9MBps) to ftp.osuosl.org

okay we discuss again, maybe we use ftp.jp, ftp.tw or ftp.kr.

up to 100Mbps, we connect into other university with inherent network so
 i don't care about local bandwidth
