Package: gnomad2
Version: 2.9.1-1.1
Severity: serious
Tags: patch
Justification: FTBFS on unstable

The libmtp package version 0.3.6 has been recently uploaded unstable. This
version had a shlibs bump libmtp7 -> libmtp8. The API has changed and
gnomad2 FTBFS against this version of libmtp.

Ubuntu has already done the transition since intrepid (version
2.9.1-1ubuntu1). Could you please apply the Ubuntu patch [1] to the Debian
package? Otherwise, the libmtp transition will be blocked.
