Package: ltsp-server Version: 5.1.73-1 Severity: normal
Updating kernel by using ltsp-update-kernels did result in clients stopping with busybox prompt. Building fresh client with current distribution does generate correct files for booting with the same kernel packages. -- Package-specific info: packages in chroot: /opt/ltsp/i386 ii ldm 2:2.0.39-1 LTSP display manager ii ltsp-client 5.1.73-1 LTSP client environment ii ltsp-client-core 5.1.73-1 LTSP client environment ii ltspfsd 0.5.11-3 Fuse based remote filesystem daemon for LTSP thin clients ii ltspfsd-core 0.5.11-3 Fuse based remote filesystem daemon for LTSP thin clients lts.conf from chroot: /opt/ltsp/i386 # This is the default lts.conf file for ltsp 5. # For more information about valid options please see: # /usr/share/doc/ltsp-client/examples/lts-parameters.txt.gz # in the client environment [Default] SOUND = No LOCALDEV = No NBD_SWAP = No CONFIGURE_X = No X_COLOR_DEPTH = 16 # X_MODE_0 = 1024x768 # X_MODE_1 = 1280x1024 CONSOLE_KEYMAP = de XKBLAYOUT = de XKBMODEL = pc105 XKBVARIANT = nodeadkeys XKBRULES = xorg SCREEN_02 = rdesktop RDP_SERVER = winserver RDP_OPTIONS = -d arbeitsgruppe -k de -B -z [00:1d:7d:5c:bc:00] # Terminal - Monitor auf niederigere Aufl?g schalten CONFIGURE_X = Yes X_MODE_0 = 1024x768 [52:54:00:12:35:35] # Emuliertes Terminal CONFIGURE_X = Yes X_MODE_0 = 1024x768 # Dell-Terminals mit R?n-Monitor [00:c0:4f:9d:04:42] CONFIGURE_X = Yes X_MODE_0 = 1024x768 [00:c0:4f:a5:fb:c7] CONFIGURE_X = Yes X_MODE_0 = 1024x768 -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.1 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable'), (400, 'testing'), (300, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.29-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE, LC_CTYPE=de_DE (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages ltsp-server depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.24 Debian configuration management sy ii debconf-utils 1.5.24 debconf utilities ii debootstrap 1.0.10lenny1 Bootstrap a basic Debian system ii gettext-base 0.17-4 GNU Internationalization utilities ii iproute 20080725-2 networking and traffic control too ii lsb-release 3.2-20 Linux Standard Base version report ii openssh-client 1:5.1p1-5 secure shell client, an rlogin/rsh ii python 2.5.2-3 An interactive high-level object-o ii tcpd 7.6.q-16 Wietse Venema's TCP wrapper utilit ii update-inetd 4.31 inetd configuration file updater Versions of packages ltsp-server recommends: ii nbd-server 1:2.9.11-3 the Network Block Device server ii nfs-kernel-server 1:1.1.2-6lenny1 support for NFS kernel server ii openbsd-inetd [inet-supe 0.20080125-2 The OpenBSD Internet Superserver ii openssh-server 1:5.1p1-5 secure shell server, an rshd repla ii squashfs-tools 1:3.3-7 Tool to create and append to squas ii tftpd-hpa 0.48-2.3 HPA's tftp server Versions of packages ltsp-server suggests: pn audiooss <none> (no description available) pn dhcp3-server | dnsmasq <none> (no description available) ii esound-clients 0.2.36-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon - clients pn gnome-session | x-session-man <none> (no description available) pn ldm-server <none> (no description available) pn libasound2-plugins <none> (no description available) pn ltspfs <none> (no description available) pn sdm <none> (no description available) ii xauth 1:1.0.3-2 X authentication utility -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
