I think IMAPS and POP3S are suitably widely-known to be used here,
otherwise they look like pluralities and don't go well with HTTPS.

I'm keeping Christian in CC because I don't know whether we can avoid
translating the string altogether now that it only includes
abbreviations and acronyms.

Jamie: once this is resolved, are all other outstanding objections
covered now?
