It seems that this becomes more problematic as in testing, I notice : $ grep CONFIG_SCSI_PROC_FS /boot/config-2.6.30-1-686 # CONFIG_SCSI_PROC_FS is not set Hence raising severity. In between, it's a shame brasero can't be installed without conflicting with gnome meta packages, as it provides a valid alternative.
