this is a common problem, as it is likely building with outdated d-i images from squeeze. squeeze images maybe haven't been updated since lenny release, and the kernel modules are likely no longer present for the version of the kernel used by d-i. please try to build with the debian-installer daily images, which are more likely to be up to date (though possibly broken in other ways): echo 'export DI_WWW_HOME=default' >> profiles/default.conf and re-run simple-cdd. live well, vagrant -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
