Further tests has been conducted:
If I run deboostrap in squeeze (debootstrap 1.0.19):
1. debootstrap --verbose --variant=minbase squeeze ./squeeze-chroot
http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian
Error in configuring packages (as told in this bug)
2. debootstrap --verbose --variant=minbase sid ./sid-chroot
http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian
OK.
Running deboostrap in sid (debootstrap 1.0.20):
3. debootstrap --verbose --variant=minbase squeeze ./squeeze-chroot
http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian
Error in configuring packages
4. debootstrap --verbose --variant=minbase sid ./sid-chroot
http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian
OK.
BTW, how I can enable debugging in debootstrap so that I can see more
verbose output?
