Package: xfree86-driver-synaptics
Version: 0.14.2-2
Severity: serious

When booting and starting in kdm, the touchpad works fine, but when kde
3.4 (from alioth) starts after login, the touchpad is disabled again.

The only way to get it back to work is:

sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sudo modprobe psmouse

in kde, and the touchpad is on again.

best regards

Bastian
