Package: sylpheed
Version: 2.7.1-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

The title says it all, and it could be considered important if it wasn't that
hard to reproduce in real conditions.

Let me explain what happened:

- rm -rf ~/Mail

- then i launched sylpheed, (note that my ~/.sylpheed was still here indeed, so
my configuration hasn't been wiped out)

- i sent a mail, nothing in "Sent", i couldn't save as Draft too, nor using
"delayed" mail sending

- i finally found out that while sylpheed has created again my mailboxes in
~/Mail, sent, trash and draft directories haven't been created.

- i created them, restarted sylpheed, all is ok right now :)

My 0.02$ about it: when ~/Mail is deleted but ~/.sylpheed is properly
populated, sylpheed doesn't check the existence of its "system"
directories when starting, i mean these ones:

        * ~/Mail/sent
        * ~/Mail/draft
        * ~/Mail/trash

and so it doesn't recreate them.

Feel free to ask me more if needed :)

Regards,
