please remove the outdated binary package libcgal-dev (3.4-x) from unstable on armel, ia64, mips, mipsel, and powerpc. There are no reliable buildds for non-free on these architectures, at least there was no attempt to build newer versions for quite some time. I do not understand why the binary package libcgal-dev for these architectures remained while libcgal3 dissappeared ...
