The Current Path is:
/usr/share/snmp/mibs:/usr/share/mibs/ietf:/usr/share/mibs/iana:/usr/share/mibs/irtf:/usr/share/mibs/site:/usr/share/mibs/tubs:/usr/share/pibs/ietf:/usr/share/pibs/site:/usr/share/pibs/tubs

(it also shows up on tshark's output)

My wild guess is that this is due to #498476 and #557626. I'm fine with the
MIBs being in non-free, I'm just not fine with the concept that it has to
annoy users that don't have non-free packages on their system.

It appears that inspecting SNMP packets with unresolved OIDs just says that
the MIB is missing, so there is no need to annoy with this message at
startup.
