I'm already working on an 1.8 package. However there are few upstream bugs and I was considering to upload 1.8 into experimental first. What's worse: the SQL migration isn't officially supported and the upstream's statement is "try these SQL statements and just ignore the errors". That's pretty broken and I'm working on a solution to that. I expect to have 1.8 in Debian this week anyway. Christoph
