In this file, one finds the directory misspelled:
(:directory #p"/usr/share/common-lisp/cl-build/systems/")
while it should be:
(:directory #p"/usr/share/common-lisp/clbuild/systems/")
(no hyphen!)
I also suggest that the CLC user packages directory should be:
$HOME/.local/share/common-lisp/systems/
to be more in line with the XDG directory specification (and to find
less clutter in $HOME).
